- Milkman only works with the organization you have selected.
- Milkman answers only with the data that you can see in the app, based on your role.
- AWS can take up to 2 days to report costs, so the most recent days may be missing from spend answers.
Chats
- Click Open history to see your recent chats in the current organization.
- When you change topics, click the plus button to start a new chat.

Connect your workspace
An Admin or Owner opens Settings > Integrations and clicks Add to Slack. Each MilkStraw AI organization connects its Slack workspace separately.

- The email address on your Slack profile must be the same as your MilkStraw AI email address.
- Milkman answers with your role. In a channel, everyone in the channel can see the answer.
- CSV files and charts are only available in the app.
